“Photon”, which could achieve non-contact and localized processing/manipulation, plays an important role in the cutting-edge production technology.
We conduct research on the next-generation advanced manufacturing technology, which can be applied to micro/nano processing and ultra-precision measurement by focusing on photon energy.
