Our future with Reanalysis

Overview

At ClimCORE, we are developing a high-resolution four-dimensional weather dataset for Japan through a project called Japanese Regional Reanalysis, which combines cutting-edge weather modeling techniques with satellite, radar, and other observational data.
This comprehensive dataset spans from the past to the present and is designed to support strategic and integrated applications across various sectors—including climate change assessment across Japan, analysis of past weather-related disasters, as well as insurance, transportation and logistics, agriculture, and renewable energy.
