Toward an inclusive campus where “no one is left behind”

Overview

Until now, minorities, such as people with disabilities, have rarely been researchers, even though they have been the subject of research. In order to realize academia that is inclusive of diverse people, this project will focus on both the "Structure (institutional and physical environment)" and "Culture (cognitions, attitudes, and behaviors based on people's values)" of the university. Our objective is to propose organizational design from the unique perspective of individuals with disabilities and other various difficulties, and to implement it on campus.
